Did you know that regular walks in nature can lead to better sleep, increased energy levels and enhanced concentration? Why not join me for an Autumnal walk as we kick our way through the fallen leaves of the forest and parkland of Stansted House. There will be good views out to the Solent, albeit distant, if we have clear weather. There are no styles on this route and the terrain is fairly flat.
Please bring refreshments if needed. Optional tea rooms or pub afterwards if desired.
Please wear appropriate foot ware, especially if we have had rain, as it can be a little muddy under foot.
Dogs welcome with well behaved owners.
Please park considerably. If the car park is busy you can use the verge further along the road.
There are no toilets at the start but you could pop into the Garden Centre at Stansted House on route to the car park.
