Overview

The Stuc a’Chroin is Southern Highlands Munro, it is 182 in the Munro’s tables with 975m height. South-east ridge approach to the Munro is an easy climb with gentler ascent compared to other Munro routes. Starting from the road end near Drumardoch following a land rover track past Braeleny farm, across a couple of streams, followed by a climb of Stiol nan Tarbh and Stuc a Chroin. If the weather permit, we will enjoy stunning views of surrounding mountains.
