This is a figure of 8 walk (about 6.5 miles before lunch and 3 miles after lunch). This is a picnic walk, please bring snacks, drinks and lunch.

This is approximately a 9.5 mile walk which will take us via Bishops Waltham returning to Upham Recreation Ground for lunch (about 6.5 miles) with a short circular walk after lunch (about 3 miles).
It is an enjoyable walk but there are quite a few stiles (12 before lunch and 2 after lunch) and it is a bit hilly.
