River, tracks, field paths, woods
We touch on Yew Hill nature reserve where we may have a morning byo coffee stop, if we haven’t had one already. Lunch stop in Hursley cemetery with lots of wild flowers, bring picnic. Afternoon walk through Cranbury Park’s well marked and varied paths then through Otterbourne Wood back to start.
Please tell the leader beforehand if you would like to come and we may leave before 10 if all those expected are ready.
Turn into Oakwood Avenue which is nearly opposite Nisa Local and just south of mini roundabout (with road to Hursley). The recreation ground is signed right at the T junction, then very soon left along an inconspicuous turning.
