Overview

We will start the walk from Thornton Reservoir car park and walk round the reservoir to a point where we peel off to go through woodland.  We follow a path which can be muddy and a little overgrown through fields towards Bagworth. We return through woodland passing over a railway track and pass a watermill on the outskirts of Thornton, returning via the Thornton Reservoir Visitor Centre.
