Overview

The English Coast Path revisited from April last year, but with only three of the Seven Sisters on the outward journey. Get the 12/13X/701 bus from Seaford Library to Seven Sisters Country Park (toilets), then out to the coast and along till we turn off to visit Crowlink village. More South Downs to The Tiger at East Dean (pub/picnic/café). Climb up to Friston church and pond, where a multiple of 4 of us may drop off on the bus back to the Country Park or Seaford. The rest (if any) will continue through Friston Forest to West Dean, and ascend 250 steps to overlook the Cuckmere valley then steeply descend to the Country Park for afternoon tea or the visitor centre before catching the bus back to Seaford. Text me to book by Monday 6pm for a pub meal and for a share in the Daysave rail tickets which now costs £13 each person, but you must travel in groups of 4.
