Overview

A walk from Ticehurst village along paths and quiet roads to Bewl water . Along the water’s edge where we will stop for coffee , weather permitting, and admire the reservoir and wildlife . Then back to Ticehurst with some gentle uphill .

This is a dog friendly walk , with only one stile. However dog owners should be aware of the notice to keep dogs out of the water and not let them drink the reservoir water , photograph attached. Other photos are of the views taken on my recce .

Bring water or drink and a snack if you wish , for the coffee stop at Bewl . If the weather is good we will not rush away from the coffee stop .

If there has been recent rain the paths around Bewl will probably be muddy , so boots advised .
