An easy, linear walk along the promenade from Worthing to Shoreham-By-Sea.
Have a coffee in Shoreham before returning to Worthing unescorted and by your own devices such as on foot, by bus or train. (Frequent bus services between Shoreham and Worthing)
We can have a short break on the way so bring along a snack and drink.
Dogs on lead (legal requirement on some parts of the prom)
Meet at junction of West Parade/George V Avenue, at the shelter on the prom off the roundabout.
If you care to join us along the route that’s fine, but keep a look out for us.
Parking in local roads and in parking bays along West Parade (free until you get closer to Worthing town centre where you will need to pay and display along Marine Parade but please check any local signage.
Toilets along the prom and near Worthing Pier and Shoreham.
Good walking shoes are still recommended as is warm clothing at this time of year.
