We are the Ramblers group for eastern Carmarthenshire. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Walking Well - A familiar walk around the lanes of Salem, with a possible detour over footpaths depending on ground conditions. Bit of a hill, no stiles and around 2.5 to 3 miles with some lovely views if the weather is fine.. The walk will be followed by a bowl of soup and a quiz, thanks to Hugh. Welcome to come just for the quiz in Salem hall if you don't want to walk. Soup/quiz will be around 12 to 12.30 .
Dogs on leads welcome (and in the hall).
Meet Llandeilo station 10.00 to car share and the walk will start 10.30 from Salem hall.
