10am - from the lay-by directly across the road from the bridge at Wilboarclough SJ983688 PC SK11 0BD
Approx. 6.25miles, some easy walking, but mainly moderate with a couple of moderate 'plus' short stretches.
A number of stiles varying in difficulty; could be muddy in places but with glorious views throughout.
Route: uphill to A54, follow path along and then down to Gradbach Mill ( formally the Youth Hostel but now a Wedding Venue.)
Slightly uphill across fields to Three Shire Heads, cross the A54 again and downhill to the cars.
As both the Crag and the Stanley Arms are now closed, you may want to bring a picnic or a sandwich after the walk finishing at approximately 1.15 to 1.30pm.
PLEASE CHECK OUR WEBSITE ON THE DAY FOR ANY CHANGES TO THE WALK. NB Finish times are intended as a guide only. You do not need to book a place on this walk.
