Overview

A circular harbour walk starting and finishing at Dell Quay. We take the harbourside path down to  Chichester Marina and then on to Itchenor where we catch the ferry (named Itchy Bosum) across to Bosham Hoe. The tide will be low enough to walk round the shoreline to Bosham. Allowing for a longer lunch stop than usual, there will be time to stroll into the village for an ice cream , or perhaps visit the church featured in the Bayeux Tapestry and where King Canute's daughter is buried, before returning via Fishbourne reedbeds and millstream.  This is a flat walk along well trodden paths, making the most of the glorious harbour scenery and distant views towards the South Downs .
