The 41st Annual General Meeting of the Hampstead and District Group will be held at the Devas Garden Room, Castlehaven Community Association, 23 Castlehaven Road, Camden Town, NW1 8RU (from Camden Town Station head north along Kentish Town Road, crossing the canal and railway line. Turn left onto Hawley Road, right onto Castlehaven Road and No. 23 is on your left) .
The formal business will commence at (or soon after) 2:00pm and will include the Officers' and other reports, the presentation of the Accounts for the year ended 30th September 2025 and the election of the Officers and Committee members. Nominations (duly seconded) will be accepted up to and at the meeting.
The formal business will be followed by a talk by Phil Paulo, Member of the Chartered institute of Horticulture, who is the newly-appointed Director of the London Tree Ring Project, an iniative of the CPRE London Group.
The talk will be followed by wine and a buffet and a chance to catch up with news from fellow members.
