We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From the Abbots Mitre car park we will make our way around the village of Chilbolton along country tracks, quiet roads, over river bridges and across Cow Common (SSSI) on our way back to the Abbots Mitre pub for lunch.
There are no stiles, but an opportunity to pause and take refreshments along the way. The walk should come in at a little under the advertised distance.
The pub will open at 09.45 am when we can use the facilities and pre order our lunch before commencing our ramble at 10.00.
