Overview

This walk begins at Dyffryn Gardens and passes through pleasant Vale of Glamorgan farmland. We will see two impressive ancient burial chambers- St Lythans and Tinkinswood (one of the largest in Wales).

Parking at Dyffryn Gardens is free to non NT members but there will be a charge if you wish to visit the grounds; one of our group members is a NT volunteer and can act as guide. The main house is closed except for one exhibition room.

Refreshments available at Dyffryn Gardens or local pubs in St Lythans and Wenvoe.
