Overview

The walk starts by following the course of the Afon Lwyd, northwards to Pontnewynydd and then climbs upwards, via The Beeches, through Lasgarn Wood, to Lasgarn Lane. It then heads down through the grounds of Pontypool Golf Club , St Cadoc’s Churchyard and Churchwood, to finally enter Pontypool Park and the end of the walk.
