Overview

Enjoy autumn colours and fine views as we explore the countryside and woods around Ide Hill and Toys Hill. From our start at Dryhill we head to Toys Hill, passing the 'jam house' (bring change if you want to buy some), then turning back on ourselves for Ide Hill and lunch (bring a picnic, but there's a pub for a quick drink and public toilets). We then pick up the Greensand Way before going through Whitley Forest and back to Dryhill. A longer morning of around 7 miles and a shorter afternoon of around 4.5 miles, and, of course, a few hills.
