Overview

This is a leisurely linear walk that takes in Hayes Common and parts of Keston Common with no stiles or other hardships that has been put together for a Sunday afternoon stroll. It starts at Hayes Station, Station Approach so it should be easy for everyone to get to whether by private car or public transport. The walk ends at Crofton Road, Locksbottom near St Michael's church where you may catch bus 353 back to Hayes station at your convenience. There are no stiles and a short amount of road walking. The public car park in Hayes is convenient and should be free on a Sunday but please check.
