Test your fitness levels by joining us on the now famous (among hardened Sevenoaks Ramblers) loop over the most beautiful part of the South Downs, taking in some wonderful views, spectacular birdlife (possibly including the peregrine falcon) and stunning countryside: Alfriston - Cuckmere Haven - Seven Sisters - Birling Gap (coffee stop) - Beachy Head - Willingdon Hill - Jevington - Alfriston.
Public loos in Alfriston village in both Dene and Willows public car parks. Loos, and cafe stop, at Birling Gap (which may be crowded). Bring packed lunch, to be consumed near Willingdon Hill. Pubs, cafes and village store open at end of walk, in centre of Alfriston. Free parking at our meeting point: King's Ride, Alfriston, BN26 5XP. Leader offering lifts from and back to Sevenoaks on first-come, first-served basis.
