Overview

This is a there and back walk from the hamlet of Bowscale up to the Tarn.  It utilises a wide track which has a hard rocky surface.  This can be rough in places and may be slippery if wet.  It affords a fairly constant gradual ascent and descent which will both be taken at a sedate pace.
