This pretty walk has plenty of variety, with woods, farmland, open common, disused quarries and the heights of British Camp. Starting from the car park we will go down towards Tinkers Hill, and then on to the remains of the priory at Little Malvern. From here we will go across fields and lanes to Castlemorton Common. We meander across the common and then on tarmac lanes go towards Eastnor Obelisk, before turning off and heading north-east through Birchen Wood and across fields to Netherton Farm. From here we vanish into News Wood, before emerging to climb up British Camp and hopefully some nice views. After this it is a short descent to the car park.
For those who do not wish to go right to the top of British Camp, there are plenty of lower paths leading to the car park.
When reccied a couple of weeks back there was not much mud, though there was some wet ground alongside a stream near the start of the walk. There are a only few stiles, and overall the walk is fairly undulating apart from the climb on to British Camp.
