Great Witcombe's Reservoirs, Roman Villa, Coopers Hill Wood, top and bottom of the Cheese Roll, and Cross Hands Meadow
Terrain 3 Quite Hilly
Long gradual and steep climbs, total ascent 921ft and same back down. Some rough paths with loose stones. Beautiful views.
Short stop at the Roman Villa. Longer break on top of the Cheese Roll.
At the end of the walk The 12 Bells Pub(Beefeater) may be open and the Cross Hands Inn(Toby Carvery) is also nearby.
Park with consideration on Astridge Road. Please don't block residents driveways. Turning is on the left hand side opposite the 12 Bells Pub
