Sydenhams Catswood, Elcombe, Swifts Hill, Ferris Gate & Copsgrove. Lovely views.

Terrain 3 Quite Hilly.

Steep hills, tricky descents with awkward stiles, 11 stiles. Poles may be useful. Muddy, slippery terrain. Cows and ponies on Swifts HIll & Copsgrove fields.

One tea/coffee/snack stop

The Bear Inn and Stirrup Cup may be open for lunch.
