A six mile walk from the Visitors Centre down into the valley, past the Fairoaks Pools and on to the Birches Valley Centre where there are toilets and places for a refreshment break.. Then some short road walking and up to the Rifle Range before dropping down into the Sherbrook Valley. Following tracks we work our way round to Brindley Bottom carpark and back to Marquis drive where there is a good Cafe.
A walk mainly on tracks but some on road. One longish hill and a couple of shorter rises Three road crossings where we have to be careful.
