Overview

From the Peak Village outlet centre we make our way  along the Derwent Valley Heritage Way, which broadly follows the course of the Derwent. Then from  Calton Lees  we make our way upwards via Lees Wood and Calton Houses into Manners Wood. From there we descend to Rowsley via a route with excellent views down to the Wye Valley and of Peak Tor and beyond (weather permitting of course!) This is a very varied walk involving open countryside, woodland walking and tracks.
