Overview

A pleasant walk in the Warwickshire countryside. It’s flat, through fields at the start, followed by a gentle climb up through the woods. There are no stiles but kissing gates. Some lane walking. There are several of those little stream (presently dry) crossings, please watch your step  - don’t fall off the edge.  The path crosses a stubble field later – there is a grass strip but the ground is uneven here.

One particular hazard is the busy A435 main road which we must cross at the beginning of the walk and again at the end. Please be very careful here.

The route was very dry recently but could become muddy in places should there be a lot of rain in the next couple of weeks.
