Overview

A fairly strenuous circuit of four of the seven sisters, traversing through Downland and Friston Forest then returning via the Cuckmere River.

You will be rewarded with good views if the weather is kind to us.

This route will have some steep descents and accents and some slippery sections.

Bring a packed lunch, grippy boots and poles if needed.
