Overview

Starting from the car park we walk through the Dyrham Deer Park (a new small herd has been brought back) to join the Cotswold Way then head to Hinton Iron Age Hill Fort (quite rough walking by the fort).  Continue to and follow Wash Pool Lane then, South on the Monarchs Way to Doynton.  From there we head back to Dyrham via Bowds Farm or via Cotswold Way/Dyrham Wood.   Mostly paths and tracks; some very short minor road sections and probably one or two stiles. Two refreshment stops so long as we get back to the tea room in good time!!

If anyone would like to join us just to walk around the parkland and then maybe visit the house and gardens you would be welcome.
