Overview

A hilly cliff top walk with spectacular views via Beachy Head. Lunch at Birling Gap (picnic or NT café). Then the Seven Sisters to Exceat for tea before catching the bus back to Eastbourne.

Optional extension for those who want a longer walk through Friston Forest to St Mary's church,  East Dean (13 miles, bus to Eastbourne) or on to Eastbourne (16 miles).
