Overview

A hilly walk via Pyecombe, Devil’s Dyke and the South Downs escarpment. There will be a pub lunch at Devil’s Dyke, where there is a regular bus service to Brighton if you want to drop out.

Take the 9.05 train from London Bridge arriving at Hassocks 10.02. Buy a cheap day return to Shoreham-by-Sea (*not* Shoreham in Kent).
