We are the North East London Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We start with a short road walk through the village of Sunningdale, then on to the polo playing fields in Coworth Park before reaching Windsor Great Park. The rest of the walk will be exclusively in the Great Park & Deer Park. Lunch stop is Savill Gardens where there is a restaurant & cafe.
We then continue through the park, reaching Royal Lodge & then the Deer Park, where we head for the Copper Horse (King George III monument). Then it's downhill for a nice long walk down the Long Walk (2.65 miles) towards Windsor Castle. On exiting the park there will be an opportunity to walk around some of the cobbled streets of Windsor on our way to the station.
Take the 9.20 train from Waterloo to arrive at Sunningdale Station at 10.08. Buy a day return to Windsor Eton Station plus a single from Staines to Sunningdale.
