Overview

This is a circular walk starting in Haxey car park, close to the C of E primary school. We head east , towards East Lound, then follow the Peatlands Way to Epworth, passing the location of the Holy Well, where we will pause for our morning coffee/drink. We will have our lunch in Epworth, where there are toilets. We return to Haxey along the old Axholme disused railway track, which is now a nature reserve. The first part of the walk is likely to have muddy sections.
