A linear walk along sections of the Three Commons Trail and London Loop which takes us to Keston Common with its ponds which are the source of the River Ravensbourne. We pass the Wilberforce Memorial Oak with views across to Biggin Hill and thereafter to Leaves Green and along fields to Farnborough and High Elms Country Park for a lunch stop. Please bring a packed lunch.
The final section of this walk takes us through Tubbenden Meadow, Newsted Wood and along the edge of Roundabout Wood by the Kyd Brooke to Queensway (Street) to end at Petts Wood Railway Station.
We will be walking at a brisk pace.

Take the 10:18 train from London Charing Cross (London Bridge 10:27; Lewisham 10:37; Catford Bridge 10:43 ; Elmers End 10:55) arrives Hayes (Kent) 11:06
Use Oyster/Contactless/Freedom Pass.
Exit points: Bus 320 from Keston after two miles for Bromley South Train Station and thereafter Bus 358 from Farnborough High Street for either Bromley South or Orpington Train Station.
