Overview

One of the walk offerings towards MVR's summer picnic at Albury Heath. This one starts from Shere Heath and will take us south via Ponds Lane to Winterfold Heath. There we turn back north, pausing for coffee (bring your own), then winding along woodland paths over Farley Heath, past the Roman Temple, skirting the edge of Blackheath and on to Albury Heath, where we meet with those from the other walks for our picnic (bring your own) and a chance to mingle. There is an easy 1.5 miles after lunch to return through Little London back to the car park.

All are welcome on this moderate paced 7.5 mile walk, no livestock, no stiles, no steep hills.

Car park is smallish so car sharing encouraged.
