Overview

A fairly flat walk (289 ft of ascent) from Albury Cricket Ground CP to the East. We will walk through heathland and onwards to arable land with open views. There will be an early refreshment stop by a small memorial pond after which we will walk through Gomshall to reach Shere. Depending on the weather, appetites and time, walkers may want to buy an ice cream in Shere before we walk back past the stream and back through the heath to reach our picnic spot. No need to carry your picnic with you as we will be picnicking near to the walk starting place. We will be meeting up with walkers on other MVR walks being offered. Meeting up time approximately 1pm.
