Overview

A local walk from Simons Wood avoiding as much mud as possible. From the Simons Wood car park we walk down the hill to the River Blackwater. We proceed alongside the river towards Horseshoe Lake and enjoy a banana break by the cafe. From the lake we proceed North towards the Finchampstead Ridges and then walk into Simons Wood to return to the cars
