Overview

We will meet at the bottom of Old Loose Hill near to the Chequers Inn. There is parking up the hill on either side of the pub. Please arrive in good time before the start time for signing in and the briefing. We will start up the hill to the footpath crossing the A229 and then following the footpath past Boughton Manor. We will drop down into the valley, through the the woods towards Salt Farm. Then we head back towards Loose village, under the A229 and into old orchards and drop down to Loose Valley Conservation area and follow the path by river Loose. We eventually enter Hayle Park Nature reserve and cross this to find the footpath that will take us back to Loose village.
