We then take the grass track past the rifle range to the White Horse and up to Hunters Lodge, down to a hard core track past a (possible) bronze age cairn and up to the Tropospheric Scatter Relay Station on Mormond Hill. We then do some heather bashing to the Cortes Stag which is the only one of its type in the world. We then take a pathless walk through grass to find the top of Waughton hill and down to a hard core track past a quarry, turning off on to a grassy track to the wind turbine on Hospital Brae.
