We are the Arun-Adur Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk will be Patching through Surgeons Fields, the woods of Patching Rough, Michelgrove and returning on through Clapham and Patching.
We will have 2 breaks: one above Michelgrove and the 2nd overlooking Long Furlong and beyond. Both will have superb views across the valleys.
There will be 1 steep on chalk descent. Poles are advised for those who use them. There are a few stiles, but mostly are new gates.
There will probably be mud!
The Worlds End pub is nearby for those who might like to partake in a post walk refreshment.
