Following on from last week’s lowland walk from Craig y Nos, we start this week with a high-level walk.
We will explore part of the Ogof Ffynnon Ddu National Nature Reserve and along a section of the Beacons Way.
We will see some of nature’s wonderful mysteries and man-made industry.
The walk will be on paths but these can be uneven, rocky, muddy and wet in places.
N.B. There could be some livestock so extreme care must be taken if bringing your dog.
Directions: Take the A4067 Swansea to Brecon Road.
Once you pass through Pen-y-cae, take the 1st right signposted Penwyllt.
Descend then ascend that road until you come to the car park.
The post code will be for the South West Caving Club, A4067 Tawe Uchaf, Pen-y-cae
(You can use the Ramblers App as a Sat Nav to all our walks)
