Seatoller Weekend - Langstrath Valley

From the hotel the route goes via the Coast to coast path to Rosthwaite, crossing the bridge to join the Cumbria Way, then following the Stonethwaite Beck to Smithymire Island crossing the Beck into Langstrath. After a short uphill section we follow Langstrath Beck to the bridge at Tray Dub, after crossing the bridge we follow the path along the other side of the Beck, eventually arriving into Stonethwaite. We then follow the road back to the hotel.
