Starting from Spitchwick Common car park, the first part of the walk will take us up Sharp Tor, up Yar Tor and then up to Corndon Down cairns and Tor. After walking along the ridge we’ll turn back past Shallowford Farm, Jordan and the Two Moors Way alongside the West Webburn River to Ponsworthy.
Open moorland paths, lanes and riverside paths. Ups and downs, with most uphill sections going up the tors in the first part of the walk and a steepish uphill from Ponsworthy on our return stretch. The reward is expansive views and lovely riverside walking. Option for refreshment at Dartmeet kiosk afterwards.
Car park is £3 all day, payable by cash or card.
Bring a drink for our coffee stop and packed lunch. Dogs on leads.

Spitchwick Commons Car Park which is on the B3357. Coming from Princetown direction it is the second car park on the right after Dartmeet. £3 payable by card or cash. Might be worth bringing cash in case of problems with card reader.
