A linear 4-mile walk covering Barr Beacon, (Barr Beacon is a geological site of exceptional importance due to its location next to one of the great geological faults that runs through the Black Country), The Quarry (Geopark Site) & Doebank Park (The site is a mixture of woodland and leisure areas. There are hard paths all around the park, as well as nature trails). The walk’s rest stop will be a picnic in Harry’s garden (hot drinks provided if required but please bring your own picnic!).

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS: Meet at 10.15 am at bus stop PQ8, Priory Queensway nr. Old Square (adjacent to Hobgoblins Music Shop, B4 7LA), for the 10.25 am bus no. 936. The walk leader will join you at Kingstanding Circle on route. Alight at Beacon Crossroads (nearest postcode B43 7UG) approx 10.50 am. Return buses 33, 936 or 937.
