Please note there may be roadworks on Warrington Lane. The Barn Owl pub can be accessed from Burford Lane end of the road. (From M56 junction, take A56 towards Lymm. Burford Road is on the right at the cross-road/traffic lights by the Jolly Threasher Pub. Warrington road and the pub are on the right just before the road bends left approaching the canal).
A leisurely 5 mile walk from The Barn Owl Inn, Warrington Lane, Lymm, WA13 0SW. We will head West through Spud Wood then along the Bridgewater Canal to Lymm. We will return following field paths past Outrington Church and Burfordlane Farm back to the start. Some of the paths will be muddy, particularly if there is a lot of rain in the run up to the walk.
There will be an optional meal at the Barn Owl after the walk. Please park on the lane immediately outside the pub not in the pub car park. We will need to pre-book food on the day before heading out for the walk.
