Overview

This is an 8½ mile full circumnavigation of St Martins in a clockwise direction, without really touching the village itself.

Mostly through fields and along quiet country lanes, with a small section of canal and some parts of Ifton Meadows Nature Reserve.

Gentle slopes in the first part but then after the lunch break the ups and downs get a bit more challenging. Some dodgy parts underfoot, so sticks recommended.

27 stiles, many of them quite tricky, and probably two or three gates to climb over.

Some cattle in some of the fields.

The leader will meet you at the start of the walk.
