We are the East Cheshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Approx. 5.5miles,easy but moderate at times, a couple of stiles, a little muddy in places.
A popular varied walk with spendid views throughout.
Route: Walk to bridge no.40 and ascend to Macclesfield Golf Club. Descend to River Bollin and walk around Langley Pool.
Climb gradually to Ridge Hill and down to Ridge Hall Farm to Hollin Road. Pavement to village, and across fields to cars.
