Overview

This is one of our Sunday walks that aims to finish around lunchtime. A walk on the open and scenic downland above the Lambourn Valley. Starting in Great Shefford we do a loop to the north touching Whatcombe before descending to East Garston and the River Lambourn, then following the river back to the starting point. Part of the walk is over moderately hilly ground with an elevation of 130 metres. Vale Walk Leader GL 07816 039807
