Overview

"Tread where Romans trod!". We follow the line of the old Roman Road which went from Dorchester to Alchester. From Dorchester we walk north through Berinsfield towards the Baldons. At Toot Baldon we leave the line of the Roman road and cross fields to arrive at Nuneham Courtenay. From there we return to the starting point by bus. This walk is on level ground.
