West Lydford

West Mendip Walkers  easy 9.2 mile a circular walk along river banks , fairly level fields and minor roads. Visiting the villages of West Lydford, Barton St David, Butleigh and Baltonsborough. It is dog friendly with a few stiles. There may be livestock in the fields and it’s likely to be muddy.  The Cross Keys Pub is keen to provide us with drinks at the end of our walk and it is a lovely pub with comfortable chairs and a warm welcoming fire !
