Yelverton to Tavistock via Doublewaters

Linear walk from Yelverton to Tavistock. We will follow the West Devon Way from the parking near Yelverton. This starts level before dropping down to the Tavy at Doublewaters and then over West Down before heading for Tavistock. Lovely views on the way and coffee stop at Doublewaters. 

This linear walk is parallel to the number 1 bus route between Tavistock and Plymouth. The 9:30 from Tavistock should arrive in good time for the walk start and the bus driver usually waits until 9:31 for those boarding with a bus pass!

I plan to walk into Tavistock, arriving around 1:00pm but an earlier return is easy if you park in Yelverton and catch the bus back from between Morrisons and Tescos.
