Oswestry Ramblers welcome people who enjoy walking and the countryside. We walk twice a week mainly in Shropshire and Wales and help improve local footpaths.
A 1.8 mile walk round Colemere with fungal interest and fascinating facts, with guest Harvey Morgan and led by Peter C., time approximately one hour. Members wishing to continue foraying with Harvey & Peter may then do so. Members of Shropshire Area Ramblers are also invited to the event.
After coffee, for those who wish to continue their walking, Alison C. will lead an additional 5 mile walk, down quiet country lanes, field paths and tracks to the picturesque Crosemere and back to Colemere via Pike’s End. Expect some mud and stiles. There will be a stop for lunch.
